Job Description

Day-to-day responsibilities:

1. Bake cakes and pastries (including, in particular, buttercream cakes) without supervision.
2. Decorate customised cakes in accordance with customers' requests and Head Pastry Chef's instructions.
3. Mould fondant decorations in accordance with customers' orders independently.

Our ideal candidate:

1. At least 1 year of experience with cake preparations, baking, and frosting.
2. At least 1 year of experience decorating customised cakes, including handling of fondant.
3. Good attention to detail.
