Doughnut Shack is seeking an Experienced Baker to join our team and lead night shift production. This role involves crafting high-quality doughs, managing ingredient prep, and ensuring efficient workflow. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of baking experience, specializing in artisan doughs and a passion for creating quality products.

Are you a skilled baker with a passion for crafting artisanal doughnuts and breads from scratch? Doughnut Shack is looking for an experienced Baker to lead our night shift production with creativity and precision!
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and shape high-quality doughs from scratch, including:
- High-hydration doughs (using various natural yeast liquids)
- DS Doughnut Dough (rich in butter & eggs)
- Oversee *night production* (frying, filling, glazing, and styling doughnuts, bread and pastries)
- Ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency in all baking processes
- Manage ingredient prep, dough fermentation, and workflow for the next day’s operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3- 5 years* of professional baking experience (dough specialist preferred!)
- Mastery in handling high-hydration & enriched doughs
- Ability to work independently, troubleshoot, and deliver flawless results
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment*
- Night shift ready! (5-day work week | 12AM–12PM, 1hr break)
