Job description

Responsibilities

• Ensure kitchen equipment and tools are clean before use
• Bake different bread types, like baguettes and multigrain breads, etc.
• Manage oven temperatures to ensure proper baking and mix various ingredients
• Decorate cakes , shape dough, prepare custom-made pastries , etc.
• Track food supplies and place orders, if needed

Requirement

• Able to work in rotating shifts (5am - 3pm)
• Experience as baker for 2-3 years
• Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment, including mixers, blenders and dough sheeters, etc.
• Understanding of food safety practices
• On job training will be provided
