Job summary
A pastry kitchen in Singapore is looking for an experienced baker to oversee bread production. Responsibilities include ensuring cleanliness, managing baking processes, and tracking food supplies. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of baking experience, be familiar with kitchen tools, and understand food safety practices. This is a rotating shift position with a 6-day work week.
Qualifications
- Able to work in rotating shifts (5am - 3pm).
- 2-3 years of experience as a baker.
- Professional kitchen equipment knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Ensure kitchen equipment and tools are clean before use.
- Bake different types of bread.
- Manage oven temperatures for proper baking.
