Job summary

A pastry kitchen in Singapore is looking for an experienced baker to oversee bread production. Responsibilities include ensuring cleanliness, managing baking processes, and tracking food supplies. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of baking experience, be familiar with kitchen tools, and understand food safety practices. This is a rotating shift position with a 6-day work week.

  • Professional kitchen equipment knowledge.

  • Manage oven temperatures to ensure proper baking and mix various ingredients
  • Track food supplies and place orders, if needed
