Your Role:
  • Prepare daily mis-en-place and food production
  • Execute and maintain standard recipes, techniques, and presentation for consistency
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and safety
  • Manage food storage in accordance with hygiene policies
  • Perform stock taking, control, and ordering
  • Handle opening and closing duties
  • Ensure hygiene standards meet SFA requirements
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors
We are looking for someone with:
