Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's in computing or related field.
• Proficient in Python/Golang/C++, with solid coding skills.
• Experience with storage/middleware such as MySQL, Redis, MQ.
• Familiar with Python frameworks (Flask, Celery, Django, Tornado, NumPy) or Go frameworks (Beego, Gin, Gorm, Sarama, gRPC-Go).
• Understanding of time-series/data components (OpenTSDB/Prometheus/InfluxDB) and OLAP DBs like ClickHouse.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve Lagrange—the central console platform for engineering workflows.
• Analyze user needs and develop software solutions with CS/engineering/mathematical rigor.
• Tackle architecture, productivity, scalability, and operational intelligence problems.
• Create infrastructure to enable large-scale AI development efficiently and reliably.
