Job Description:

• Develop secure, reliable, and complex transaction systems for financial services, handling concurrent processing with smooth user experience.
• Design flexible system modules and deployment schemes for various business scenarios across regions.
• Monitor and ensure the quality of software solutions and projects.
• Lead Proof-of-Concept development and provide technical expertise, considering security and risk factors.
• Guide projects, address technical challenges, and ensure timely and quality delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Availability to start full-time employment in Jan, May, or June 2026.
• Proficiency in at least one language: Golang, Python, C++, or Java; strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and multi-threading.
• Experience with MySQL/Oracle, performance optimization, and middleware like Redis, HBase, Kafka.
• Knowledge of distributed architecture, microservice frameworks (K8S), network protocols (TCP/HTTPS), and data formats (XML/JSON/ProtoBuf).
• Quick learner with excellent communication skills and team collaboration ability.

Good to Have:

• Internship experience in financial system development or high-concurrency systems.
