Job summary

re-zoo-me is hiring a backend developer to build and maintain services for our website and top-up platform. You will interface with payment gateways, manage orders, and collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless user experiences.

You should have 3+ years of PHP development, be comfortable with PSR-4 namespaces, and work with Laravel or ThinkPHP 6+. Mandarin skills are a plus for cross-border collaboration, and you will contribute to a codebase focused on clean, scalable backend

Qualifications

• Proficient in PHP with 3+ years of development and PSR-4/namespaces familiarity.
• Experience with Laravel or ThinkPHP 6+ and can work in existing projects.
• Strong SQL fundamentals, including multi-table queries and index optimization.
• Familiar with Redis and concurrency control/idempotency for payment APIs.
• Able to understand basic frontend code to collaborate with frontend developers.
• Strong English communication; Mandarin proficiency preferred for China collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services for website and top-up platform, including payment gateway integration.
• Develop internal GM management tools supporting player data queries, suspensions, and item distribution.
• Write SQL queries for operations reporting and identify data anomalies.
• Maintain backend architecture and enforce namespace standards for clean code.
