Qualifications

• Proficient in at least one of Go, Python, Java, or C++ and strong data structures knowledge.
• Experience with distributed systems, databases (MySQL/Redis) and messaging (Kafka).
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Preferred: 3+ years in a large-scale internet business; real-time processing exposure is a plus.
