Job summary

Aryan-Solutions-Pte.-Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Backend Engineer (AWS) to design, build and operate cloud-native services for enterprise applications on AWS.

You will work in a client-facing, on-site team, contribute to RESTful APIs, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and ensure secure coding practices within an Agile delivery environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 2 to 4 years of backend software development experience.
• AWS cloud-native development experience.
• RESTful APIs and microservices experience.
• Secure coding practices.
• Experience with AWS, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiar with GitLab CI/CD and Agile practices.

About the role

We are hiring a Backend Engineer (AWS) to build and run enterprise-grade, cloud-native applications on AWS for a regulated-sector programme in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Develop RESTful APIs, microservices and backend integration services
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases and optimise queries
• Build event-driven integrations using message queues
• Develop and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS with Docker and Kubernetes
• Contribute to GitLab CI/CD pipelines within Agile delivery teams
• Debug and troubleshoot application issues
