You’ll own your services end‑to‑end, from architecture through deployment and live debugging, working directly with product and business stakeholders. This hands‑on role focuses on production‑grade backend work, data pipelines, and AI quality measurement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and building enterprise backend platforms.
• Strong programming ability; language-agnostic.
• Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of concurrency, scalability and fault-tolerant design.
• Excellent debugging and communication skills; acts as technical lead.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production-grade backend services powering sales enablement and product-launch initiatives.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and aggregation.
• Create evaluation frameworks to monitor and improve AI output quality.
• Own deployment and be the first point of contact for production issues.

This is a hands‑on, production-focused development role: you'll own your services end-to-end, from architecture through deployment and live debugging, working directly with product and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build production-grade backend services powering sales enablement and product-launch initiatives.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and aggregation feeding these systems.
• Build evaluation frameworks to monitor and improve AI output quality before and after release.
• Own deployment and act as the first point of contact for debugging production issues.
• Work directly with business and technical stakeholders as the primary technical contact for your initiative.
• Advocate for performance optimization, automation, and strong test coverage (unit and integration).
  

Must Have Skills

• 5+ years designing and building commercial / enterprise-grade backend platforms or components.
• Strong programming ability. The role is language-agnostic.
• Practical experience with both SQL and NoSQL.
• Strong grounding in concurrency, scalability, and fault‑tolerant system design.
• Excellent debugging, critical thinking, and communication skills; comfortable as the go‑to technical contact for non-engineering stakeholders.
  

Good To Haves

• Strong programming ability in Python is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience building and shipping LLM‑based products in production (chatbots, agents, or similar).
• Experience building agents on AWS Lambda / serverless architectures.
• Experience with Kafka or similar event streaming / dataflow systems.
• Experience building or working with AI evaluation frameworks / harnesses.
