In this role, you will:

1. Manage the architecture design and technical solutions of large-scale systems, ensuring optimal performance, concurrency, and availability.
2. Manage and lead the technical team to solve complex technical challenges and facilitate efficient communication and collaboration.
3. Maintain system stability and ensure it operates with high availability and supports high concurrency.
4. Actively engage in agile development processes to ensure timely delivery of projects with exceptional quality.

You might thrive in this role if you have:

1. 5+ years of experience in relevant industry experience or related fields.
2. A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, with over 3 years of development experience and a clean, efficient coding style.
3. Excellent verbal and written skills in Mandarin and English.
4. Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals, familiarity with DeFi projects on Ethereum or Solana, and hands-on experience with relevant projects.
5. Proficient in using Redis, MySQL, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Kafka, or one or more of these technologies.
6. Strong understanding of data structures and algorithm design, with strong modular design skills and the ability to independently analyze and solve problems.
