Mission of the Position

As a Backend Developer, your mission is to build scalable, efficient, and high-quality web applications, ensuring seamless integration of front-end and back-end components. By writing clean code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying ahead of industry trends, you’ll drive innovation and contribute to the success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications throughout the entire development lifecycle.

• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code to create functional web applications.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal performance.

• Conduct unit testing and optimize applications for speed and efficiency.

• Collaborate with Front-End developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

• Gather and address technical and design requirements to enhance application functionality.

• Build reusable code and libraries for future development.

• Provide training and technical support to internal teams.

• Work closely with developers, designers, and system administrators to identify and implement new features.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in web development.

Hiring Criteria:

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.

• Technical Expertise: 2-3 years of experience in Node.js and Typescript

• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

• Must Knowledge: Express.js, Next.js, MongoDB, NoSQL databases, and REST API development is an advantage.

• Familiarity with AWS, Heroku, and AWS Serverless computing (Lambda functions) is a bonus.

• Mindset: Open to learning new technologies and continuously improving skills.

• Understanding: Strong grasp of the full web development process, including design, development, and deployment.
