The role involves performing data entry, record-keeping, and document management tasks. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating Excel sheets, internal databases, and accounting software. Additionally, you will process invoices, bills, and assist with basic accounting activities. To ensure a seamless workflow, you will coordinate with front-office and other departments. Managing email correspondence and internal communication will also be part of your responsibilities. You will prepare and format reports according to the manager's instructions while maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive company information. Furthermore, monitoring inventory of office supplies and assisting in procurement will be essential.
