Job summary

STMicroelectronics in Singapore seeks an experienced professional to drive and qualify new product introduction for advanced imaging sensor packages, from concept through high volume, in collaboration with Process R&D, Manufacturing and Suppliers Management.

Role requires strong technical skills, stakeholder management and the ability to lead complex international initiatives with a data-driven mindset. Travel in SEA and occasional trips to Europe and the USA are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical/Industrial/Materials Science.
• Experience in CMOS image sensors or advanced packaging technology.
• Experience in IC/electronics industrialization from concept to volume production.
• Strong data analysis using JMP and MATLAB.
• Able to work independently in a multicultural team.

Responsibilities

• Drive alignment among diverse stakeholders to achieve common business, technology, and operational goals.
• Coordinate back-end process technology development and qualification from concept to mass production ramp.
• Lead multi-team execution with structured coordination and risk mitigation.
