Job summary

KRIS INFOTECH PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an IT professional to provide ongoing application support across the SDLC, gather and analyze user requirements, and document new processes and workflows.

The role involves coordinating testing, training end users, managing projects and vendors, and ensuring cross‑functional collaboration to deliver effective IT solutions, with 24/7 maintenance support. A degree in CS or related field and at least three years' experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience developing, implementing and maintaining IT systems.
• Successful track record in project management, user and vendor management.
• Experience in MS Windows environment & application support.
• Experience in Database management systems (SQL, Oracle).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience in healthcare industry is an added advantage.
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-going application support and be involved in various stages of the SDLC.
• Conduct user requirement gathering for new systems and/or enhancements to existing systems/solutions.
• Conduct user requirement analysis for development/implementation of new systems and enhancements to existing systems.
• Perform documentation of requirements and new process/workflows for the developed solutions.
• Perform functional analysis of new systems and enhancements to existing systems.
• Involvement in testing phases prior to implementation, including test plan/cases and verification of results.
• Plan and coordinate end-user training for system implementations or enhancements.
• Liaise with business users and define IT processes and workflows to complement the solution.
• Support project requirements definition, tracking, and documentation of progress (time, resources, budget).
• Identify, facilitate and ensure cross-functional resource support for projects.
• Provide 24/7 primary application maintenance support.
• Participate and support RFP processes with the Manager.

• Participate and support Request for Proposal (RFP) for projects with the Manager.
