Key Responsibility :
- Analyze market trends and customer needs within the Built Environment sector to align solutions accordingly.
- Prepare and present proposals covering a full range of B2B products and services, such as smart systems, BMS, IoT, and security solutions.
- Manage end-to-end project tender processes, including submission, coordination, and post-tender follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned sales targets through strategic engagement with system integrators, commercial building developers, and industrial clients.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to prepare profit & loss estimations and internal approval documentation.
- Provide technical and commercial support to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in solution presentations, client meetings, and contract negotiations to secure business opportunities.
- Perform ad hoc duties related to business operations, as assigned by management, including reporting and internal coordination.
Job Requirements :
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in turnkey project solutions.
- Hands-on experience with systems such as BMS, IoT solutions, smart home, security, or smart door access systems.
- Strong understanding of basic business accounting and project costing.
- Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
