They are seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Executive to manage local Dealer and Distributor Client Accounts, with a primary focus on expanding the market for their Computer Accessories and Licensed Gaming Hardware products, including Gaming Controllers, Headsets, Accessories, and more.

Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Monthly Gross Salary: $4,000 - $6,000 (Basic + Allowances + Commissions + Incentives)
Basic Salary: $2,500 - $3,000 (commensurate with relevant Sales experience)
Monthly Mobile Allowance: $50
Transport Allowance: About $500 (to be determined - candidates who possess own vehicle will be provided with a higher amount)
Probation Period: 3 months (Fixed commissions of $500 per month provided during probation)
Post-Confirmation: Commissions based on personal sales performance
Quarterly Sales Incentives: Additional earnings based on achieving sales targets
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow Retail Dealer and Distributor client accounts to drive sales growth
Develop and strengthen relationships with Corporate clients through exceptional customer service
Identify and secure new business opportunities within both existing and new client accounts
Conduct regular visits to Retail Dealer and Distributor Partners to provide support
Negotiate Contracts, Pricing, and Terms
Set up and manage merchandise displays at roadshows and event booths (no direct participation required - part-timers provided)
Provide Product Training and Promotional Support to partners
Gather Market Insights
Work with internal stakeholders, such as Marketing and Operations, to ensure smooth Order Fulfilment and Customer Satisfaction
Monday - Friday, 8:15 AM - 5:45 PM
Exclusive for Singaporean Citizens and Permanent Residents (PRs) only
At least 1 year of B2B Sales experience, preferably in Consumer Electronics products
