We’re hiring a Head of B2B to spearhead our Korean B2B strategy and launch Prep in the Korean market. This leader will drive growth through partnerships with educational institutions, corporations, and government institutions, establishing Prep as the go-to EdTech solution in Korea.

Who you are

  • A strategic leader with 5–10 years’ proven experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development—ideally in EdTech or startups.

  • Skilled in building and maintaining high-level client relationships across education, corporate, and public sectors. You are customer obsessed and love being our customers’ advocate.

  • Comfortable managing budgets, operations, and assembling a high-performing local team.

  • Passionate about AI, tech innovation, and tailoring global products to local needs. You have vision, but also hands-on drive.

Responsibilities:

  • Launch and scale Prep’s B2B presence in Korea, owning sales growth, partnerships, and key business metrics.

  • Represent Prep in-market, building strong relationships with schools, companies, government agencies, and media outlets.

  • Lead recruitment and management of a local team across Sales, Customer Success, and B2B Marketing.

  • Collaborate with global teams to localize products and ensure smooth operations.

  • Drive user insights and advocate for product improvements tailored to Korean users.

    Activities May Include:

  • Conducting market and competitor research.

  • Identifying and engaging new B2B clients.

  • Presenting and demoing Prep’s products.

  • Negotiating pricing and contracts.

  • Managing client accounts and delivering post-sale support.

  • Representing Prep at events and in media to build local brand presence.

Requirements:

  • 5–10 years’ experience in B2B sales or partnerships, with a strong performance track record.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Familiarity with EdTech or digital learning platforms is a major plus.

  • Experience in building and managing cross-functional teams.

  • Strong passion for language learning and technology.
