We are expanding and seeking a dynamic Head of Sales & Business Development to lead our B2B sales channels, including cafes, restaurants, hotels, offices, and corporate partnerships across Singapore and regional markets.

    Job Description

    The Head of Sales & Business Development will drive our B2B growth strategy, lead a high-performing team, forge strategic partnerships, and expand our market presence locally and regionally. This role is vital in delivering value to partners and strengthening our brand in the specialty coffee industry.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Develop and execute B2B wholesale and corporate sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Identify and pursue new growth opportunities across various customer segments and regions.
    • Set and monitor sales targets, forecasts, and KPIs to meet revenue objectives.
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
    • Lead the entire sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding.
    • Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
    • Hire, train, and manage a team of sales professionals.
    • Foster a high-performance, service-oriented team culture.
    • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to tailor offerings and ensure excellent service.
    • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
    • Implement and manage a sales CRM system for pipeline management.
    • Provide sales updates, market insights, and strategic advice to leadership.
    Minimum Requirements
    • At least 5 years of B2B sales and account management experience, preferably in F&B, FMCG, or hospitality sectors.
    • Proven success in wholesale or corporate sales, with strong negotiation skills.
    • Experience in leading high-performing sales teams.
    • Strategic thinking with an entrepreneurial approach and execution skills.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
