Job summary

The One Percent in Singapore is seeking a customer-facing sales role to introduce and tailor solutions for businesses on the move and for stable daily operations. You will engage with clients, present mobile plans, fibre broadband, and collaboration tools, and help unlock value for growing teams.

Role offers Part Time (min. 4 days/week) or Full Time (5 days/week) with shifts from 10:30am-3:30pm or 3:30pm-9:00pm. Weekly schedule requests are considered, with a minimum commitment of 3 months.

Qualifications

• Good communication and people skills.
• Customer-focused and sales-driven attitude.
• Willing to learn product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Retail or sales experience is an advantage, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Introduce tailored solutions across mobile plans, fibre broadband, and business tools.
• Assess customer needs and recommend what actually works for the customers.
• Explain benefits and help customers with basic product knowledge and usage.
• Support shift-based scheduling and daily sales tasks during your shift.
