Job summary

Elevatemarketingsolutions in Singapore is seeking three trainees for direct, in-person training to sell telecom services to businesses. This is a self-employed contractor role with four workdays per week, starting training immediately at our Robinson Road office.

You'll meet business owners, introduce services, and build client relationships. No door-knocking or booths; you’ll be assessed by performance. Progression to Leader and Team Leader is provided based on results.

Qualifications

• Comfortable talking to strangers and business owners.
• Able to handle rejection without it affecting your mood.
• Measured on output rather than hours.

Responsibilities

• Meet business owners in person at their offices, shops, or industrial units.
• Pitch services and generate interest during visits.
• Contribute to client acquisition during in-office training and practice sessions.
• Avoid residential door-knocking, roadshows, or booths; engage through direct conversations.
