This is a 6-months contract role.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional sales IT initiatives, including distributor management system rollouts.
- Serve as the project management lead across multiple countries, ensuring milestones and KPIs are met.
- Track value realization metrics and report performance against targets.
- Engage with stakeholders from sales, marketing, finance, and IT to ensure aligned execution.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose automation or improvement opportunities.
- Prepare regular project dashboards, steering committee presentations, and status updates.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in project management within sales IT or FMCG distribution.
- PMP certification or other project management certification.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Experience working in a regional role.
- Familiarity with distributor management systems, CRM, or sales enablement tools is an advantage.
- Highly analytical and structured, with strong presentation and documentation skills.
