Job summary

A leading consultancy firm is seeking a Project Manager for a 6-months contract in Singapore. You will lead cross-functional sales IT initiatives and coordinate efforts across multiple countries while tracking performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in project management within sales IT or FMCG distribution. PMP certification is a must.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in project management within sales IT or FMCG distribution.
  • Experience working in a regional role.
  • Familiarity with distributor management systems is an advantage.

Job description

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional sales IT initiatives, including distributor management system rollouts.
  • Serve as the project management lead across multiple countries, ensuring milestones and KPIs are met.
  • Track value realization metrics and report performance against targets.
  • Engage with stakeholders from sales, marketing, finance, and IT to ensure aligned execution.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and propose automation or improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare regular project dashboards, steering committee presentations, and status updates.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in project management within sales IT or FMCG distribution.
  • PMP certification or other project management certification.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Experience working in a regional role.
  • Familiarity with distributor management systems, CRM, or sales enablement tools is an advantage.
  • Highly analytical and structured, with strong presentation and documentation skills.
