Position Description

We are seeking a B2B Marketing Manager responsible for expanding and adding value to our team. Your role will include building and implementing regional plans, increasing productivity, and developing strategies for enterprise marketing.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Develop and upgrade KnowledgeHut's B2B marketing strategy to drive growth in collaboration with the EBG WW Team.
  2. Create localized plans for each region with Regional Directors, considering local nuances.
  3. Manage internal and external teams for campaign execution and collaborate cross-functionally.
  4. Oversee branding initiatives including print, localized TV/radio, and newsletters targeting specific industry verticals like Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, FSI, IT/ITES.
  5. Design strategies for enterprise marketing, including Digital, Account-Based Marketing, Field Marketing, and Content Marketing.
  6. Conduct webinars, RTs, partner marketing activities to generate industry interest.
  7. Cultivate customer evangelists and spokespersons to serve as references for KH.
  8. Participate in marketing events, conferences, and industry events to enhance brand awareness and generate enterprise leads.
  9. Track, measure, and report on all ABM activities based on sales KPIs and successes.
Required Skills
  • Minimum 6+ years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in B2B marketing.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to network and connect with regional sales teams.
  • Exposure to Salesforce is an advantage.
