About the role

TradingFront is seeking a motivated B2B Marketing Intern to join our team. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of our events, online campaigns, and social media presence, gaining practical experience in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Responsibilities

Events

• Assist in pre-event preparation, including checklists, material and collateral packing, inventory checks, and coordination of deliveries to venues
• Awards Night 2027: provide onsite support for setup, registration, booth operations, and attendee engagement, and assist with troubleshooting as issues arise
• Support post-event activities, including teardown, returns and storage of materials, and compiling feedback and attendee follow-up lists
• Work with the team to track event budgets, timelines, and action items
• Source and compare vendors and suppliers for event items, giveaways, printing, merchandise, and production needs
• Request and evaluate quotations, and coordinate orders, artwork approvals, and deliveries

Social Media Management

• Monitor social media, financial news, industry trends, and competitor activity to identify content opportunities and flag relevant developments
• Ideate content concepts and contribute to the monthly content calendar across platforms such as LinkedIn, and Instagram
• Create, edit, and publish posts, including graphics, short-form video, and captions, in line with brand guidelines and compliance requirements
• Engage with the community by responding to comments and messages and escalating queries to the relevant teams
• Track and analyse performance metrics, and prepare regular reports with recommendations for improvement

Content and Collateral Creation

• Design marketing collaterals such as social media graphics, banners, posters, flyers, presentation decks, and event materials using Canva
• Leverage AI tools to support content ideation, copywriting, image and video creation, and workflow efficiency, while ensuring all outputs are accurate, original, and aligned with brand and compliance guidelines
• Adapt creative assets across formats and platforms, and maintain an organised library of templates and brand assets

Online Campaign Support

• Assist in preparing campaign materials, including copywriting, asset gathering, landing page updates, and email content
• Schedule and coordinate campaign launches across channels, and proofread all materials for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment
• Support campaign tracking and compile post-campaign performance summaries
• Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and creative ideas to support campaign planning

Ad-hoc Support

• Provide general marketing and administrative support to the team as required
• Assist with other projects and initiatives as assigned

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in university, or awaiting university commencement
• Strong Interest in financial markets
• Strong Interest in marketing & events
• Available for a full-time, 6-month internship
• Proficient in Canva, with the ability to design polished, on-brand collaterals
• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to enhance content creation and productivity
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Creative, with a good understanding of social media platforms and content trends
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Good written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative attitude
• Willingness to perform hands-on event work, including physical tasks on extended hours where required
• Familiarity with social media management tools
