Job summary

JEVORA LABS PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive sales professional to promote cosmetics, toiletries and personal care products to business customers in Singapore. You will identify prospects, handle inquiries, prepare quotations and manage orders, while building lasting relationships and supporting after-sales service.

You should be organised, comfortable approaching new clients, and capable of using email, spreadsheets and basic sales systems to track activity and help achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in beauty/personal care or wholesale products is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer relationship skills.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable approaching prospective customers.
• Able to use email, spreadsheets and basic sales systems.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell cosmetics, toiletries and personal care products to business customers.
• Identify prospective customers and develop new sales opportunities.
• Handle product enquiries, prepare quotations and follow up on orders.
• Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
• Coordinate stock availability, order fulfilment and deliveries.
• Maintain sales records and assist with payment follow-ups.
• Support promotional activities and work towards agreed sales targets.
