Jet Aviation Singapore is seeking a qualified B2 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join our hands-on maintenance team in Singapore. You will ensure airworthiness, oversee certifications, and lead line and hangar maintenance under our Part 145 framework.

The role requires a valid B2 license, preferred Gulfstream/ACJ experience, and strong English communication. You will work in a collaborative hangar environment with emphasis on safety and precision.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid B2 license without limitations (CAAS or EASA preferred).
• Aircraft type rating on Gulfstream, BBJ or ACJ preferred.
• Proficient English to read/understand manuals and communicate technically.

If you're all about quality work, love the buzz of the hangar, and want to be part of a team that gets the job done (and takes pride in doing it right), we want to hear from you!Main Responsibilities• Perform duties as an appointed B-level Avionics Engineer, undertaking certification and engineering responsibilities in accordance with company procedures.• Oversee and ensure all maintenance activities, records, and certifications are completed accurately and in compliance with approved procedures.• Lead daily pre-start meetings and coordinate crew briefings.• Plan, direct, and supervise line and hangar maintenance operations.• Ensure strict adherence to Foreign Object Debris (FOD) and tool control procedures.• Manage crew handovers, including clear communication and completion of handover documentation.• Monitor the serviceability of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and report any defects for corrective action.• Support technical troubleshooting, defect analysis, and investigations, including drafting aircraft malfunction reports.• Provide regular updates to management on routine and non-routine maintenance matters.• Ensure security of company premises, including end-of-day checks and proper lock-up procedures.• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and safety.• Provide guidance and direction to team members to ensure compliance with procedures and standards.• Collaborate with Quality and Safety teams on audits, investigations, and human factors initiatives.• Promote and uphold a strong safety-first culture within the technical workforce.• Adhere to company policies, including Code of Conduct, safety regulations, and security clearance requirements.• Undertake additional duties as assigned to support operational and program success, including raising work requests as required.Minimum Requirements• Valid B2 license holder without limitations (preferably CAAS or EASA)• Gulfstream, BBJ or ACJ is preferred Aircraft type rating• English language capability to communicate, read and understand maintenance, safety or quality manuals or documentation• Effective communication skills to exchange technical information• Ability to manage priorities of the job effectively and efficientlyDesired Characteristics― Ability to work in teams― Results driven― Strong customer focus― Strong personal values corresponding with Jet Aviation values (Trust, Honesty, Alignment, Transparency)Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
