Job summary

Helius Technologies in Singapore seeks a Functional Cloud FinOps Lead to establish Azure financial governance and cost optimization practices. You will manage Azure FinOps governance, cost allocation, and budgeting.

The role requires 5+ years in IT financial management and 2+ years in Azure Cost Management, with strong Excel modeling and stakeholder engagement to drive cost accountability across business units.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT Financial Management, IT Governance, or Tech FP&A.
• 2+ years hands-on experience in Azure Cost Management and Azure billing.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities to analyze cloud billing data.

Responsibilities

• Define Azure FinOps frameworks, cost allocation policies, tagging standards, and showback/chargeback models.
• Identify savings opportunities using Microsoft Cost Management and Azure Advisor.
• Lead monthly variance analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling for cloud migrations.
• Engage stakeholders across Cloud Engineering, Finance, Procurement, and Business units to drive cost accountability.
