Job summary

SEA CONSORTIUM PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure on Azure, containerized applications, and robust CI/CD pipelines.

You will deploy AKS clusters, manage SQL and Mongo databases, implement Terraform IaC, and integrate monitoring with Datadog and Snyk, while collaborating with developers and ensuring security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform certifications preferred.
• 1–3 years DevOps engineering experience with software teams.
• Experience managing Azure cloud and containerized environments.
• Familiarity with microservices and open‑source tech.
• Extensive experience with CI/CD tooling and processes.
• Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Strong problem-solving and agile team collaboration.
• Strong communication for stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of dotnet, Python, JavaScript, Datadog, Snyk a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Manage AKS clusters for containerized apps, including scaling & monitoring.
• Manage databases (SQL, Mongo) including backups and performance tuning.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Implement IaC with Terraform for provisioning.
• Deploy and monitor Kafka clusters and Kafka Connect on SaaS/PaaS.
• Develop automation scripts in Bash/PowerShell.
• Implement monitoring and observability for real-time performance.
• Integrate DevSecOps tools for vulnerability scanning and code quality.
• Ensure security standards compliance in cloud deployments.
• Collaborate with dev teams to improve release processes; handle incidents.
• Participate in on-call rotations for 24x7 support.
