Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Azure Cloud Windows Engineer for the IT Infrastructure and Cloud Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows Server administration, hands-on Azure cloud experience, and will play a critical role in managing, supporting, and optimizing cloud-based infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022)

Configure and monitor Azure IaaS/PaaS services (VMs, Azure AD/Entra ID, Backup & Site Recovery, Monitor & Log Analytics)

Perform cloud migrations of Windows workloads to Azure

Support hybrid identity solutions (Azure AD Connect, ADFS)

Automate tasks using PowerShell or Azure CLI

Monitor performance and security using Azure Security Center, Sentinel, etc.

Maintain documentation, perform capacity planning, and contribute to governance policies

CIS Hardening, backup monitoring, and alert setup

Optimize Azure resources using monthly metrics

Manage Trend Micro (EPP) and conduct regular firewall reviews (NSG)

Required Experience:

10+ years in IT infrastructure, focusing on Windows Server administration

4+ years of hands-on Microsoft Azure experience

Strong AD, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP knowledge

Skilled in PowerShell scripting and Azure automation

Experience in Azure networking (VNets, NSGs, VPNs, ExpressRoute)

Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) or higher

Familiarity with ITIL and tools like ServiceNow or JSM

Knowledge of IaC (ARM/Bicep/Terraform), CI/CD, and DevOps practices
