Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS or related field or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as Tech Lead/Lead Developer delivering enterprise-grade software.
Experience with microservices in large-scale environments.
Experience on Microsoft Azure including CI/CD, container deployment.
Experience deploying AI agents or automation is a plus.
Strong English communication.

Responsibilities

Define architecture standards and design patterns for scalable, secure solutions.
Design and optimize microservices, API integration, and event-driven patterns.
Lead and mentor engineering teams, align delivery plans, review code.
Build AI-enabled workflow solutions integrated with data platforms.
Develop CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation on Azure.
Collaborate with product, data, security, and infra stakeholders.
Integrate apps with Azure services like messaging and analytics.
Oversee lifecycle, production support, and incident resolution.
Contribute hands-on development and documentation.
