HOYA is seeking an AI Specialist to design, develop and operationalize secure, scalable AI and generative AI solutions across HOYA divisions. You will lead hands-on delivery through the AI lifecycle, ensuring governance, security, and production readiness while collaborating with division tech teams, group architects, and security groups.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, AI, ML, data science or related field.
• 6+ years hands-on experience building and productionizing ML solutions, incl. generative/agentic AI.
• Microsoft Azure AI certifications are preferred (e.g., Azure AI Apps & Agents Developer).
• Strong written and spoken English; ability to work in cross-functional, distributed teams.

Responsabilidades

• Identify AI needs across divisions and shape accelerators and standards.
• Build and maintain common AI layer and reference implementations on Azure stack.
• Develop reference agents, orchestration flows, and integration with MCP patterns.
• Create experimentation/evaluation frameworks for model comparison and safety checks.
• Define feature-store patterns for ML solutions with governance and deployment.
