Job summary

Trust Bank Singapore Limited is seeking a Senior Cloud Security Leader to shape and secure our AWS-based digital banking platform in Singapore. You will mentor security engineers, drive DevSecOps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement zero-trust architectures and incident response.

You will lead security strategy, governance, and incident response, shaping the security program and partnering with product and engineering teams to deliver a resilient digital banking experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of cybersecurity experience with 5+ years focused on cloud security or security engineering.
• Deep expertise in AWS cloud security services, architecture, and best practices.
• Experience in financial services or highly regulated industries (banking preferred).
• Strong engineering background with hands-on technical implementation.
• 3+ years of experience leading and managing technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud security strategy and implementation for our AWS-based digital banking platform.
• Collaborate with platform engineers to review, validate, and secure designs.
• Conduct security assessments of cloud infrastructure, services, and patterns.
• Drive security controls, monitoring, and incident response across cloud environments.
• Lead security incident response and forensics for cloud threats.
