Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated, forward thinking and experienced Programme Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. You will be responsible for the planning, execution, tracking and closure of multiple programmes simultaneously, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.This role operates at Group Operations level.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain comprehensive programme plans, includingterms of reference,timeline, resource allocation, KPI and communication strategies
Track and manage programme (Future Ready Workforce, OpsManagement Associateprogramme, RED programme, team engagement initiatives), including conducting regular programme reviews and meetings, reporting progress to senior management
Set up regular cadences including PSC, taskforce cadence etc.
Develop minutes / post-meeting reports (opportunity to use GenAi co-pilot to accelerate minute writing)
Monitor progress against key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Manage stakeholder expectations, providing regular updates and addressing concerns effectively.
Support cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication among stakeholders
Proactively identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in programme management, with a proven track record of successful programme delivery
Demonstrated experience managing complex programmes with multiple projects and stakeholders
Prior experience working with GenAI solutions or on GenAI projects will be an advantage
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Positive attitude, energetic, driven and resourceful
Savvy in Microsoft Powerpoint and excel, have good presentation skills
Strong project management, organisation, and interpersonal skills
Able to multi-task, resourceful and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
