AVP/VP, Performance Management & Analysis

JOB DESCRIPTION
As AVP/VP Performance Management & Analysis, you will be responsible for understanding the lending business, collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver analyses at product, customer, and segment levels. Your duties will include tracking key campaigns and ROI, working with business controllers on budget planning and monitoring, and driving an effective compliance framework for the Cards & Personal Loans business.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Review business cases and evaluate P&L for new business opportunities, providing insights and analysis for Merchant Acquiring, Cards Product, and Usage teams.
  2. Conduct post-mortem analyses of key campaigns to measure product and customer performance, offering recommendations for improved targeting and budgeting.
  3. Monitor ongoing financial performance and conduct cost analysis.
  4. Prepare regular performance management and regulatory reports.
  5. Ensure adherence to the Bank's Compliance framework through robust tracking, record keeping, and policy monitoring.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • University Degree in Finance or Business (advantageous)
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, product control, or regulatory reporting within financial services
  • Knowledge of Credit Cards & Unsecured Lending is a plus
  • Ability to streamline and summarize multiple data points, creating repeatable processes for consistency
  • Strong database management and data analytics skills in a data-driven environment
  • Excellent command of MS Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, dynamic environment and work well in a team
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
