A global financial services firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced AVP/VP of Financial Reporting to oversee financial close, compliance, and audit processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in the private equity or fund management industry and hold a CPA qualification. Responsibilities

• Manage the financial close process, ensuring compliance to SFRS/IFRS requirements.
• Ensure a robust controls environment including adherence to Sarbanes Oxley (SOX).
• Work with relevant stakeholders across legal and compliance teams to ensure compliance with various internal and external policies and regulations.
• Ensure timely completion of year-end audit.
• Manage the relevant entities corporate tax, GST and transfer pricing reporting.
• Work closely with external auditors and tax accountant where necessary.

Associate Director - Specialist in recruitment in the Finance and CFO space for Banking & FS

Our client is a global Investment Management firm, focused on alternative assets including Hedge Funds, Private Equity and Real Estate.

They are looking for a number of candidates to join their Singapore finance team, focusing on financial reporting, regulatory reporting and tax reporting for a number of legal entities across APAC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the financial close process, ensuring compliance to SFRS/IFRS requirements.
• Ensure a robust controls environment including adherence to Sarbanes Oxley (SOX).
• Work with relevant stakeholders across legal and compliance teams to ensure compliance with various internal and external policies and regulations.
• Ensure timely completion of year-end audit.
