Our client, a global investment bank, is seeking a dynamic and analytical finance professional to join our Business Finance team as an AVP/VP. This role is ideal for someone with strong financial planning and analysis (FP&A) expertise, coupled with advanced data skills to drive strategic insights and performance management across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic planning.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making and scenario planning.
• Partner with business units to provide actionable insights through data-driven analysis.
• Design and automate dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Leverage data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python) to enhance financial reporting and business intelligence.
• Support senior management with financial presentations, business reviews, and ad-hoc analysis.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus.
• 6-10 years of relevant experience in business finance, FP&A, or financial analytics, preferably in the financial services sector.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data visualization, and analytical tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
