We are seeking a proactive and strategic individual to join our team as AVP/VP, Acquisition and Channel Management. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of our retail online and offline acquisition, managing our digital channels and website, and enhancing customer engagement through strategic content and social media initiatives. You will play a critical role in shaping our online presence, ensuring sustained acquisition growth, and supporting our broader business objectives with data-driven strategies.

The responsibility of this role includes:

1. Retail Online Acquisition Strategy & Execution

  • Take full ownership of the retail online acquisition funnel to drive sustained growth.
  • Plan, execute, and optimise digital acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor and analyse acquisition performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance lead generation strategies.

2. Website Management & Optimisation

  • Manage day-to-day operations of MSSG website, ensuring content accuracy and relevance.
  • Implement regular updates, enhancements, and A/B testing to improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Track site analytics and performance metrics to inform improvements and optimize customer journeys.

3. Business Growth & Digital Strategy Support

  • Align digital acquisition and engagement strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Use data-driven insights to support decision-making and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Identify emerging digital trends and channels to ensure continuous innovation and competitiveness.

4. Content Creation & Strategy

  • Develop and maintain a robust content calendar for MSSG targeted audiences.
  • Create engaging, high-quality content that resonates with target segments and supports acquisition objectives.
  • Work closely with design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all content formats.

5. Social Media Management & Growth

  • Lead the growth and engagement strategy across key social media channels (LinkedIn, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram and others).
  • Manage content creation, posting schedules, and community engagement to build brand presence.
  • Monitor social media analytics to refine strategies and maximize reach and impact.

Qualifications requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in acquisition, or channel management and digital marketing, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record in driving successful digital, online and offline acquisition campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of website management, SEO/SEM, and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Hands-on experience managing social media platforms and content creation.
  • Analytical mind-set with proficiency in using data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Creative and “can do attitude”.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and adaptable approach.
