Fund Accounting Manager

The Fund Accounting Manager position is an intermediate management role responsible for providing leadership and guidance within the Unity Support Team. The key responsibilities include:

• Acting as a Global Confluence Unity system SME to support global financial reporting teams.
• Monitoring the preparation and maintenance of maps, tables, and business data functions in Unity for financial statements.
• Collaborating with operational teams for testing and sign-off processes.
• Ensuring successful onboarding and migration of new clients/funds with transparency and cross-site collaboration.
• Working with cross-functional teams to prepare and review business requirements and execute testing of enhancements.
• Monitoring testing, managing issues, providing training, and supporting production processes.
• Serving as the primary escalation point for staff queries and maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications include:

• 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Chartered Accountant, CFA, MBA, or relevant technical qualification.
• Experience in accounting or related fields with knowledge of funds services and technical systems.
• Previous supervisory experience, leadership, and project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
