DBS Bank Ltd is seeking an AVP, Tech Lead for Institutional Banking Group Technology in Singapore. You will bridge business needs with technology, lead end-to-end systems development, and manage IT suppliers to deliver high-quality services across Trade Finance and ecosystem initiatives.

You will design, develop, test and deliver technical solutions, oversee CI/CD pipelines, and drive continual process improvements while collaborating with stakeholders and external partners.
