You will oversee planning, execution, and governance, ensuring delivery within scope and budget while driving innovation and stakeholder satisfaction. The role requires strong analytical and leadership skills, with experience across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology projects.
• At least 5 years in leadership roles.
• Certifications such as PMP, CBAP, or Agile (Scrum Master/SAFe) are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, and pain points.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements and solution designs.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and resources across initiatives.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to optimize delivery.
• Mentor and develop BA and PM teams; drive governance and reporting.
