Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to lead Governance and Document Management initiatives within the IWPB business. This role is crucial in streamlining business documentation and governance practices to enable emerging technology tools. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and relevance of product and process documents, while continuously improving governance protocols in collaboration with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead end-to-end governance of business documents within the IWPB function.
  2. Ensure timely updates and ongoing compliance with governance frameworks and content standards.
  3. Manage the document lifecycle, including content accuracy, stakeholder alignment, review, version control, and archival/purging.
  4. Collaborate with content owners, product teams, and frontline enablement functions to align documents with evolving business needs.
  5. Utilize user feedback to enhance content effectiveness and discoverability.
  6. Establish clear audit trails and reporting mechanisms for document governance processes.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and program management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, or equivalent tools for tracking and reporting.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms is advantageous.
  • Self-driven, accountable, and adept at working across cross-functional teams.
