Overview

As a part of HSBC's Sales, Distribution and Business Development team, you will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in understanding and meeting customer needs through the right solutions and channels. You will be responsible for implementing distribution strategies, delivering exceptional personal banking experiences, and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of end-to-end governance of business documents across the IWPB function.
  • Ensure timely updates and ongoing compliance with governance frameworks and content standards.
  • Manage the document lifecycle, from ensuring content accuracy and stakeholder alignment to review, version control, and archival/purging.
  • Collaborate with content owners, product teams, and frontline enablement functions to align documents with evolving business needs.
  • Act on user feedback to enhance content effectiveness and discoverability.
  • Maintain clear audit trails and reporting mechanisms for document governance processes.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational and program management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, or equivalent tools for tracking and reporting is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Self-driven, accountable, and comfortable working across cross-functional teams.
