Responsibilities

As a member of the Business Planning and Performance Management team within the Consumer Banking Group COO Office, you will play a crucial role in working closely with both internal and external stakeholders in optimising operations, increasing efficiency and achieving business goals.

• Utilise data analysis techniques to gather, interpret, and transform large datasets into actionable insights that drive decision-making and enhance overall business performance.
• Deliver Branch and Self-Service Banking projects within schedule, scope and cost, including the coordination of end-to-end operational functions, people, system and business administration.
• Support the development of Business Case to the management on key business decisions.
• Perform expense management through financial planning, monitoring and optimisation of spend for suppliers and equipment.
• Oversee vendor relations to establish processes, ensure optimal service levels and manage service escalations.

Requirements

• Degree with at least 7 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
• Good appreciation of technology solutions to identify and drive targeted improvements in branch applications and IT devices.
• Ability to multi-task, and thrive in a fast-paced and high-productivity environment.
• Curious, strategy-minded, able to operate in a systematic manner, and have excellent communication skills.
• Team player and able to build relationships with other business stakeholders.
• Business acumen and analytical ability to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Proficient with MS Excel, and PowerPoint to provide data visualisation.
• Knowledge of Excel macros/ Visual Basic will be an added advantage.
