AVP, Specialist - Business Support, RMG CRO Office

Risk Management Group (RMG) is responsible for developing and maintaining risk management and internal control frameworks. We provide independent review and challenge to ensure appropriate risk/return balance and monitor key risk issues of the Bank. RMG invests significantly in people and infrastructure to manage risk effectively and deliver strong financial performance.

This role will support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in managing operational aspects of RMG alongside RMG heads and their COOs.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Manage activities and initiatives set by the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) or COO
  • Provide secretariat support to risk committees and management meetings (developing agendas, minutes, follow-ups)
  • Assist in preparing RMG’s annual budget and scorecard, and monitor progress
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and execute staff engagement activities and communication plans to raise awareness of key initiatives
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in financial institutions or related roles, including content publishing and video editing
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • Self-starter, resourceful, and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
  • Passionate, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe
  • Strong analytical skills with issue resolution capabilities
