About this Role
Strategic Planning and Program Management function of Group Technology COO is responsible for strategy development and program management. This role will support the CIO and Tech leaders in developing, framing, and driving the overall tech strategy messages. This includes working with different stakeholders across the business across geographies.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Analysis
Collaborate with senior leaders to define and shape short- and long-term Technology priorities
Proactively identify and analyse emerging trends through active research, providing insightful recommendations to shape strategic direction
Executive Communications and Storytelling
Translate complex information into clear, concise messages
Craft compelling narratives and presentations that articulate the technology vision to internal and external audiences, including executive leadership, regulatory bodies, and board members.
Executive Support
Serve as the Secretariat for the Tech Executive Committee,developing agenda, managing meeting logistics, and maintaining related documentation
Ensure smooth performance management process by designing key performance indicators and implementing tracking mechanisms to ensure Tech priorities are on track
Requirements
Min. 3-5 years of relevant experience in strategic planning.
Demonstrated competencies in critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to solve complex problems.
Ability to very quickly connect the dots, and linkage to strategic picture, summarise and communicate complex topics to story-tell in an understandable manner for different stakeholders especially for senior executives.
Strong organizational skills, the ability to perform under pressure and in fast paced environment
Strong management of multiple priorities with competing demands for resources
Proven experience in stakeholder management, and the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
Ability to deliver at speed with attention to details and high quality deliverable
Experience working in a technology environment, familiarity with complex programs, or experience with agile methodology is highly advantageous
