Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans, foreign exchange amongst others. Through our continued commitment, DBS has cultivated long-standing relationships with its customers in the region that are based on account relationship management, service differentiation, product development and rigorous credit standards.

Role Overview

Drive the development, management, and growth of Bancassurance products for SME and Mid Cap clients within our Commercial Banking segment across our key markets. Collaborate with internal teams and insurance partners to deliver tailored solutions that meet clients' protection and business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Design product governance framework and ensure compliance of sale processes with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for life, general insurance, health and premium financing solutions
  • Drive product approval processes and customer feedback loop through internal approval platforms
  • Monitor product performance and identify cross-sell / up-sell opportunities
  • Coordinate with insurance partners, frontline teams, and other stakeholders to drive Bancassurance strategy by enhancing product offerings and client experience
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • 6-8 years' experience in bancassurance, product management, or commercial banking
  • Strong understanding of SME / Mid Cap client needs and relevant insurance solutions
  • Solid analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Insurance certification (e.g., BCP, M5, M9) preferred or willingness to obtain
