We were an early entrant among institutional investors in real estate including traditional private real estate (brick-and-mortar assets), public equities, real estate investment trusts, and real estate-related debt instruments.

You will be part of a team that ranks among the top global real estate investment firms and handles a multi-billion-dollar Real Estate portfolio globally.

What will you do as an Asset Manager within Real Estate?

1. Leverage real estate asset management experience, with a strong focus on the China real estate market
2. Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to determine optimal asset positioning and identify competitive advantages
3. Manage budgeting processes, perform hold/sell analyses, and develop strategic business plans encompassing leasing, asset enhancement, financing, and exit strategies
4. Oversee project management initiatives related to asset repositioning and enhancement, bringing valuable experience to drive these efforts

What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role?

1. At least 6 years of relevant asset management experience and thorough understanding of the China real estate market
2. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
3. Strong financial acumen and understanding of financial principles, with the ability to run financial feasibilities/scenarios
4. Adaptability to changing market conditions and business needs
5. Strong communication skills with partners, service providers, and team members across functions
6. Efficient and effective management of multiple tasks and deadlines
7. Intellectual curiosity to explore new strategies and solutions to enhance property value and performance
