Responsibilities:

• Originate and structure private credit deals with both public and private companies.
• Analyze the unique needs and concerns of each potential issuer.
• Guide issuers through the issuance process on ADDX, liaising with third parties such as introducers, issue managers, legal counsel, and marketing/distribution teams to ensure successful issuance and execution.
• Continuously improve the issuer onboarding process and informational materials.
• Contribute to platform marketing efforts to position ADDX as the preferred platform for accessing capital markets more efficiently.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Legal, Business Operations, and Technology teams.
• Create financial models to evaluate the economics of listings on the ADDX platform.

Requirements:

• A degree in accounting, economics, business administration, statistics, or related fields.
• Minimally 2 to 3 years of experience in financial advisory services, investment banks, management consulting, or related fields.
• Good understanding of capital markets, market structure, key players, and products, with knowledge of different financial institutions’ business and operating models.
• Strong business acumen, able to understand core problems and prioritize based on business impact.
• Experience in complex modeling and analysis in demanding environments.
• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle ambiguity.
• Comfortable interacting with senior management and industry experts.
• M&A or Capital Markets experience with Chinese clients is a plus but not required.
