The role is remote and offers the chance to contribute to a dynamic and global organization.As the HR Leader at Handelnine Global, you will be responsible for various key areas within the company. Your primary focus will be on global recruitment, where you will design and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent globally. Additionally, you will work on scaling up implementation by managing the ongoing Scaling Up framework, collaborating with department heads, and identifying key players within teams.Employee engagement and retention will also be a crucial aspect of your role. You will drive improvements in the eNPS, foster the company's core values, and develop engagement programs for the remote workforce to enhance retention, motivation, and cohesion.
